Hive: The Overlord Protocol

The Overlord Protocol. >.< Good book. It's the second book of HIVE- The Higher Institute of Villainous Education. Great series with pretty cool characters and a great building plot that finally slams together at the end, the way a suspenseful plot should. Just one thing.

WAY too predictable. >.< Or maybe it's just me. But anyhow, I caught the turns before they hit me, and the OMGWAT feeling was a little subdued. Still there, just subdued. If you get the chance, I would still pick up this book though, it's wonderful once you really get into it. ... That's all I had to say.

I was going to try and fix the clock here on Blogspot (6 hours off) when I bumped into the stats option and decided to tweak it on my way.

Well, I found the "Pageviews by Countries" and I have to say I'm very amused. Not by the fact that I have a couple views from Canada and Germany, but by the fact that it took me a stupidly long time to figure out why Alaska wasn't on the list, since it was darkly highlighted as well.

Okay, I've heard people *coughPrakruthcough*' say "talking mushrooms" but have never known where it comes from.

Well, today I watched Spy Kids 2 and heard one of the main characters say this: You're so full of shiitake mushrooms. (apparently they spell it that way, even in the script)

...

And somehow I missed this on the first FIVE times I've watched this movie. >.<
